Position: Technical Architect Location: London, UK Employment type: Full-time, 9 month Fixed Term (with possibility to extend) Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design and architecture of complex technical systems and applications, ensuring they align with the clients business objectives, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement technology strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital transformation goals, market trends, and industry best practices. Oversee the integration of banking platforms, legacy systems, and third-party services to ensure seamless functionality and high performance. Ensure that technical solutions adhere to the highest security standards and comply with financial industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, SOX, etc.). Identify bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations for high-volume banking systems, ensuring scalability and resilience. Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in English both verbal and written. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, particularly in Voice Bio, Gatekeeper projects, and voice print migration activities. Hands-on expertise in database migration, data integrity checks, and API integration, including SIT, UAT, and production deployment. Familiarity with managing change requests and updating progress through tools like JIRA. Strong knowledge of system architecture, security standards, and regulatory compliance in high-end industries (e.g., financial regulations). Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
