On this occasion, we are looking for someone who is proficient in IT systems administration and client desktop support work who is keen to learn and grow.
You will be working in a positive, open, and supportive team of 6 where everyone is happy to help and answer questions. This role is office-based, and you will be working in our St Neots office. Nearby, there is a variety of eateries and coffee shops to keep your energy high!

What you’ll need:
* Proven experience troubleshooting and working with Microsoft desktop & server operating systems and applications; MacOS and Linux know-how is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in cloud applications & platform administration such as Google Workspaces or Microsoft 365; Azure or other cloud provider experience is desirable but again not essential.
* Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and back-end storage.
* Networking skills including managing switches, firewalling and routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi.
