Information: Position: Team Leader Location: Central London Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: 42 hours per week Shifts: 4 on 4 off Nights Job Requirements: SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required Must have proven team leader/supervisor/management experience of at least 2 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity (first responders) To be vigilant at all times and provide a visible security contact for customers and staff The ability to and think on your feet in fast paced situations - First responders to intruder/fire alarms Must be flexible and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs IT Literate - Basic understanding of access control systems and IT systems/programmes i.e., Microsoft Office for emails Job Responsibilities: Liaise and maintain good customer service relationships with site staff, visitors, customers, and management team. To manage an effective working relationship with all, whilst representing the company. Carry out any tasks and report back as directed or instructed by the customer. Effectively manage On Site Security Operations ensuring that Officers are always working in line with Site Policies and Procedures. To be a role model to all colleagues, recognising all residents and ensuring lasting impressions are left. Provide relief / break cover for Security Officers if required. Ensure that an effective handover takes place at the end of the night shift with the Assist and support the security managerwith various tasks to best manage incidents so that the manager has all the details to make final decision. Fully understand the nature and level of service required by the customer, to aid and assist (as well as protect) in a helpful and professional manner Prevent any threat to any tenant or other members of the public and any unauthorised persons entering restricted parts of the premises at any time. Ensuring that all personnel can go about their business in a safe and friendly environment To patrol around agreed routes providing a uniform presence to create and maintain an attractive environment for the people who live, work, shop and visit the area.
