Vacancy: Personal Assistant, Supporting Two Members of the Clean Air Leadership Team
Location: UK – Royston, Hertfordshire
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, confidential, and professional end-to-end administrative support to two members of the Clean Air Leadership Team. You will work closely with other members of the Clean Air PA Team, under the guidance of the Executive Assistant to the Clean Air CEO.

Your responsibilities:
* Communicate directly on behalf of the Clean Air Directors, building strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate effectively with the other Clean Air PAs, wider EAs, and Admins throughout JM, supporting them as needed.
* Assist the Clean Air Directors and their teams with daily administrative tasks, including managing complex calendars, expense reports, invoicing/receipting via SAP, composing correspondence, arranging travel plans, organising events, and preparing meeting documents.
* Manage the Directors' schedules proactively, avoiding conflicts, and balancing calls, emails, and one-on-one meetings to ensure a healthy workflow.
* Prepare and distribute meeting documentation, support structured agendas, and produce minutes and post-meeting materials.
* Draft high-quality external and internal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Arrange travel bookings and visa applications, ensuring efficient itineraries and reconciling expenses.
Requirements for the role:
* Extensive administrative experience supporting multiple directors in a similar environment.
* Proven experience in complex diary and travel management.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail and high work standards.
* Ability to plan, organise, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines, working effectively within a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Autonomy, efficiency, approachability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
