Mental Health Floating Support Worker
£23,492.04 per annum for 37 hours per week Based in Hull

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a service at the beginning.
You will provide support to people in Hull in theirown homes who have mental health needs. The aim will be to develop and maintain their living skills,independence, and overall wellbeing.
You should have previous experience of supporting people to improve their mental health, using a person-centered approach which respects individual's experiences and preferences. The ability to work on your own initiative whilst contributing positively to a team will be key to the success of this service.
Applicants will need a full current drivinglicence and access to their own transport for work purposes as the role will involvetravel in and around Hull
