An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Rosehill site to join our Fleet team, assisting in the day-to-day administrative compliance.

The Job
To assist in the day to day administration of the Carrs Billington fleet ensuring they remain legal and compliant at all times.
* Supporting the Fleet Manager to ensure that the business complies with national and international regulations related to transport including those related to safety, emissions and vehicle standards.
* Responsible for accurately maintaining documentation and databases relating to the Carr’s Billington fleet.
* Update and maintain vehicle tracking systems.
* Ensure all vehicles are taxed, insured and MOT’d, sending out reminders to stakeholders.
* Responsible for the administration of all driving related information, driver licence checks and any company vehicle fines.
* Responsible for administration of fuel cards.
* Fleet accident and insurance claim management.
* Adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.
* To ensure all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice are adhered to in respect of ongoing compliance, including but not limited to UFAS, FIAS, & NOPS assurance schemes.
Skills, Experience and Qualities Required
* Demonstrable experience of Excel and maintaining data - Essential
* Ability to work independently prioritising workloads - Essential
* Adopt a flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business - Essential
* Previous experience in a Fleet administration role - Desirable
* Any other duties which might reasonably be requested in association with this role in order to meet the needs of the business.
