Currently seeking a Bid Writer to manage and coordinate bid submissions for a contruction company, focusing on non-framework bids in both private and public sectors. This role involves creating high-quality, persuasive proposals and working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate bid preparation and submissions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
* Develop and maintain standard documents and templates.
* Ensure timely and compliant submissions.
* Stay informed on industry trends and procurement processes.
Content Development
* Write, review, and edit bid responses.
* Create compelling content showcasing the company’s expertise.
* Proofread proposals for clarity and consistency.
* Develop strategies with the Pre-Construction Manager.
* Gather technical information from various teams.
* Enhance bids with insights from site visits.
* Prepare presentations for client meetings.
Branding & Document Management
* Maintain consistent branding and presentation in submissions.
* Improve bid materials and templates.
