We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our busy office in Chartley. You will play a crucial role in supporting our estimating and contracts team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to our sales goals.
We specialise in surfacing and groundwork. Our extensive array of services caters to both corporate and private clients, spanning various industries and leisure sectors. Our range of projects includes civils, sustainable drainage, tarmac surfacing, and installation of multi-use games areas.
What you'll do as Sales Coordinator:
* Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Day-to-day management of the queries and processes.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure project alignment.
* Follow up quotations.
* Answer the sales and direct phone calls.
* Proactively reach out to customers to uncover additional quoting opportunities.
* Track customer performance.
* Retain internal customer records and databases.
* Assist with the preparation of office documents.
* General ad-hoc office duties such as printing, scanning, and data input.
What we're looking for in a Sales Coordinator:
* Construction industry experience
* Experience of working in a Sales Coordination/Administration role
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. You will receive a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus a company pension.
