Salt have partnered with a premium beauty brand that specialises in haircare. You’ll be joining an established social media team that is looking for their next Social Media Manager. My client is a heritage brand that has seamlessly moved into the digital market. You’ll be planning, creating and posting highly creative content across their socials.
The Role:
* Own the social media calendar planning content in advance and jumping on cultural moments.
* Develop and build upon social media strategy driving brand awareness and engagement across key channels such as Instagram, TikTok etc…
* Be accountable for all content across social as well as paid and owned channels.
* Collaborate with wider teams including PR, Performance and Influencer to ensure marketing integration and alignment.
* Work with paid team to identify boosted opportunities and briefing for content.
* Be seen as an authority on social media and trends.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance.
The Person:
* 3+ years of experience in social media across beauty/fashion/lifestyle/luxury brands.
* Proven ability to grow brand awareness and engagement across TikTok, Insta, YouTube etc…
* Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to appeal to a Gen Z and Millennial audience.
* Proficient with photo and video editing platforms.
