With full training and qualifications provided there is long-term potential to qualify and to progress into a more senior role within the business. Responsibilities
· Carrying out maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and other material handling equipment
· Learning on the job; developing an understanding of diesel, gas and electric forklifts and learning procedures for maintenance
· Attending college and using the knowledge gained from on-the-job training
· Completing course related assignments and company training programs
· Feeding back to management with information regarding your progress and college work
Requirements
The company require the right candidate to hold an English and Maths GCSE at level 9-4 (A*-C equivalent). A full UK driving license is also required. It is essential that applicants are looking to get into an industry long-term and are capable of learning on the job whilst studying outside of working hours. Ultimately, the right candidate would be someone who is driven and is keen to learn a skill to get a career for life. In terms of location, you must be based within commutable distance of Bicester.
