Temporary Executive Assistant (Audio Typing) Location: Cirencester - Hybrid (2 days WFH) Contract: 2 month temporary Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Salary: £18.46 per hour Job Description We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant with strong audio typing skills to support our client in Cirencester. This temporary role involves providing high-level administrative support, including audio typing, calendar management, and liaising with key stakeholders. The role offers 2 days working from home each week. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives. Audio typing and transcription of meetings, correspondence, and other documents. Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong audio typing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role would be advantageous.
