Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver tailored lessons to help students achieve their educational goals Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Recognised qualification in Special Education or related field Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a relevant discipline Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of various learning disabilities and special educational needs Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual students' needs Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in SEN support Experience working in a school or educational setting Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work may involve travel to different locations within Oxfordshire Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
