Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for procurement and logistics support, working closely with the site management team.
* Coordinate with the onsite team, internal procurement department, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including data input and document control.
* Produce reports and project documentation using MS Office packages.
* Oversee the management of site logistics, including delivery schedules.
* Ensure all project documents, contracts, and records are up-to-date and stored securely.
* Provide administrative support for site meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
* Monitor compliance with site safety and operational procedures, collaborating with health and safety teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrator in the construction industry is essential.
* Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
