IKEA Milton Keynes is looking to welcome Customer Order Pickers to join our hard-working fulfilment team.
As a Customer Order Picker, you will be:
1. Accurately picking customer orders throughout the store and preparing them for delivery or collection.

* Start Date of employment: 8th of February 2025
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.25ph
* 30 hours, working 5 days per week, including 3 weekends out of 4. Shifts will be between the hours of 6am until 21.00pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential; motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment is key.
* Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
* Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate actively in group efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Picking customer orders across the store ready for delivery or click and collect.
* Manual handling of heavy stock.
* Working with or around heavy machinery, such as forklift trucks, counterbalance, and pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
* Ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
