Pay: £26,000 - £28,000

The Group was established in 2020 to consolidate various existing business interests spanning multiple sectors including Retail (Greens Retail), Hospitality, Property, Cleaning Hygiene & Business Supplies (Disruptive Brands), Pizza Hut delivery, and Frozen Drinks (Skwishee).
The successful candidate must be able to support within this fast-paced environment and work towards the group’s success.
We are looking for a prudent part-time Accounts Assistant responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned primarily commercial, though also some residential properties. The goal is to maximize efficiency, asset value, and revenue while ensuring expenditure is at a minimum with cost-effective solutions.
The successful candidate will take the lead on property development and maintenance work for the group, including appointing and working with both employed and third-party contractors, and liaising with individual site tenants and site managers to ensure the smooth running of the property estate.
Responsibilities
* Managing cash reconciliations, billing, and credit control.
* Working directly with our finance director on all aspects of accounting across the business.
* Working with the accounts team to ensure all accounting aspects are kept up to date.
* Ensuring all billing is processed every week and credit control is closely monitored as per guidelines.
* Following processes regarding cash reconciliations and invoicing processing where needed.
