HR Business Partner (Temporary) – Close to Spalding/Hybrid – up to £45k Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner initially on a 4-month rolling contract with the potential for a permanent placement. As HR Business partner, you will be a committed team member, willing to communicate effectively with the business and provide practical advice and support to managers on a range of HR/employee relations matters. The role of the HR Business Partner General HR duties including disciplinaries, appraisals and grievances Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Ensuring high standards are maintained across the company The ideal candidate for the role of HR Business Partner Professional experience in a HR/ER advisory role Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently advise at all levels Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems Excellent attention to detail
