Pro Display are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to support their team who are selling a range of award-winning screen technologies, including Switchable Smart Glass, Transparent Displays and Touch Screen Solutions.
General Office Duties: Handling daily administrative tasks, including filing, answering incoming calls, managing post, and overseeing direct mail and email marketing campaigns.
Logistics: Sourcing shipping quotes from various shippers and couriers, coordinating both international and domestic shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Accounting Support: Learning to use Intuit QuickBooks to generate sales invoices and record supplier bills.
Customer & Sales Support: Arranging and tracking product sample shipments for customers, processing credit card payments, and ordering office supplies. Assisting the sales team by engaging with customers, taking messages, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications required: GCSE maths and English at Grades 4 or above or equivalent qualifications.
Desired qualities: Organised, good telephone manner work to a high level of accuracy.
Desired skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, excellent verbal communication and accurate admin skills are essential.
Training: Training: Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Future Prospects: Full time permanent role as office administrator and great opportunities to progress to other departments with a clear career path for promotion & learning.
Working week: 40 Hours - Mon- Thurs 8.30 to 5.30 Fri- 8.30-5.00
