Who we are looking for:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee teams at our facilities. This person will ensure high-quality care for individuals with mental illness, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. CQC registration is not required, but proven experience in leading teams and working in Supported Living services is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead teams at assigned facilities, ensuring high-quality care and support services.
Enhance individuals' recovery and skills potential, maintaining top care standards.
Drive service growth and development in line with the company’s vision.
Ensure person-centred care, complying with statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage operations, including staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
Facilitate effective communication and administration, meeting CQC requirements.
Oversee financial management, adhering to budgets and financial policies.
REQUIREMENTS (must have)
UK Driver Licence
Experience in team management
Experience in Supported Living Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
NVQ4/5 or working towards level 5 in Adult Social Care.
