D365 Business Central Support Analyst - £45K
My client is looking for an ambitious and experienced D365 Business Central Support Analyst who is ready to take on a new challenge within the Dynamics industry. The role is with a successful manufacturer that is expanding, offering the successful candidate a path to a Lead position. This opportunity involves playing a fundamental role in supporting the D365 Business Central system.
This role is onsite with ad-hoc work-from-home allowances.
Duties:
1. 1st and 2nd line support of Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central
2. Lead multi-site/cross-functional workshops to identify and document business application requirements
3. End-to-end implementation support and aftercare
4. Escalate in-house queries to 3rd party support teams
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of support experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience with 1st & 2nd line support
4. Manufacturing experience preferable (not essential)
