Job summary NHS Continuing and Complex Healthcare Nurse Assessor - Band 6 An opportunity has arisen within Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (GMICB), Stockport Locality's Continuing & Complex Healthcare Team, for a Nurse Assessor (RGN/RMN) Main duties of the job GMICB, Stockport Locality, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking nurse to work as part of a professional team. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in person-centred assessments, and the ability to work within a multi-agency environment.
