JOB PURPOSE:
To support the functions of a world class FM Provider in providing insight for our clients’ asset replacement and capital expenditure programmes. To identify trends in maintenance activity by main discipline types, investigate outlying performers, report on root cause and escalate to appropriate resource. Supervising Analyst team, managing workload priorities across the group function. Manage colleague performance & attendance at work. Relationship management at a senior level with our key customer stakeholders.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Drive innovation within the Data Insights team
* Work with discipline SME’s and other internal stakeholders to enhance business plan submissions
* Use of Business Insight tools to identify and investigate root causes for asset type spend or performance outliers
* Advise and support client’s specification of asset and inform purchasing decisions
* Work across a variety of tasks including building Power BI dashboards from scratch to manually updating tools in excel, downloading reports in power point or producing summaries in word documents for internal and external customers
* Use appropriate techniques for data visualisation to develop business intelligence tools – such as interactive dashboards – which provide colleagues with access to accurate, timely and actionable insight about our repairs and maintenance services and demand.
* Work with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance BI and LCC analysis and reporting tools
* Use of Corporate LCC model to inform investment priorities for asset replacement programmes.
* To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with key City and ASDA colleagues
* To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments
* To comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times
* To work with company and ASDA colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times
* Comply with any other reasonable request or instruction from the Line Manager
KRAs:
* Delivery of evidential data to support annual business plan submission
* Delivery of analysis and recommendations to improve asset availability and reduce maintenance costs across all customers
Essential Requirements
* Flexibility in both availability and task management
* Advanced excel skills with in depth knowledge of complex formula’s and data analytics
* Must be proficient to a high level in Microsoft Power BI, have the ability to create complex reporting modules using new and existing customer datasets
* Senior level relationship management
* History of presentations to senior customers
* Excellent report writing skills
* Experience of monitoring KPIs
* Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external teams and partners.
