As a teaching assistant, you will provide crucial support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and fostering resilience. Working 1:1 or with small groups, you’ll deliver tailored interventions, including thematic learning experiences and personalised timetables, designed to engage students and promote academic progress. Essential requirements: A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one) Confidence in supporting students on a 1:1 basis Relevant experience with children or adults with special educational needs (SEN) A genuine passion for working with young people in SEN environments A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Why join us?
