The Role: You’ll join the northern surveying team of 3, that use the Leeds office as a base. You will work predominantly on hotel and leisure complex structures across the north of the UK, with a mix of other projects. The role would suit someone with a background in building surveying, with experience in commercial and industrial structures, with good report writing ability and organisation. The candidate should have experience in the use of all structural materials. Your duties will include, although not be limited to: Carrying out inspections, site surveys and assessments of structures and preparing reports Taking ownership of own projects Providing advice on defect, remediations and costs Developing new and existing client relationships through successful project working Approx 40% site inspection-based work, within 4 hours from Leeds (some nights away required), 40% WfH, 20% office based What will I receive in return? There is flexibility with start and finish times available however, the core working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.
