We are recruiting for a CAPEX administrator for our Client in Wrexham. 1 year worth of work potential to be extended Pay: £20 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm Must have: Competent in SAP PM Module Previous experience working within a project team. Higher computer literate High level of knowledge / experience within Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Desired but not essential BTec Business Administration or equivalent. Duties: Manage administration tasks with multiple departments Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the project. SAP management Reporting / presenting data Financial activities - Minutes taking, raising purchase requisitions in SAP, Goods Receipting, Liaise with Subcontractors and accounts team. Adhere to GMP requirements Training will be provided for the Online Document Management Systems. This will be an ongoing position for 1 year. With the potential to be extended.
