Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our exclusive client's team in Swindon. This role offers the flexibility of working from home one day per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
