1st Line IT Support Engineer An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our client. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, strong customer service skills, and experience providing remote and onsite support. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st Line IT Support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Exchange, and Office 365. Manage ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary. Assist with user account management, password resets, and email configurations. Support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Work closely with senior engineers to escalate complex technical issues. Key Skills & Experience: Experience in a 1st Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Exchange, and Office 365. Experience working with ticketing systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
