We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a new build supermarket in the Lincoln area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 25 weeks. Previous experience working on new build commercial/supermarkets is essential. This is working days and the shift pattern will be Monday to Friday. The start date of this project is 21st April.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
2. Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
4. Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects. Groundworks experience would be preferable.
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
