Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Manage staffing levels, work schedules, and patient assignments to optimize workflow.
Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication among team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development.
Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance coordinated patient care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, quality improvement processes, and patient care standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Certification in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., ACHE, CPHQ) is a plus.

Pay Per Hour: £31.88
