Service Engineer - Software
A leading organization specializing in customized machinery solutions is looking for a Service Engineer - Software to support its growing customer base. This role offers flexibility for remote work and requires global travel to deliver technical support directly to clients, making it ideal for a professional with expertise in machinery servicing, commissioning, and software engineering.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00; Friday, 08:30 to 16:00
Overtime may be required for travel to customer sites.
Position Overview
The Service Engineer will play a pivotal role in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of machinery worldwide, with a focus on software support and customer interaction. Regular global travel is required to ensure seamless machine operation and to provide hands-on support, while remote work will allow for additional flexibility when not on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits worldwide to install, commission, and train clients on new machinery.
Develop, debug, and integrate software for production line setups.
Provide remote diagnostics and support for machine breakdowns, upgrades, and installations.
Liaise with internal teams and maintain up-to-date support logs for seamless remote support.
