In line with our new business growth plan, we aim to recruit a result-driven New Business Account Executive/Manager to represent the company to prospective clients throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The Candidate & Role
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Account Management and New Business Development with the ability to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
Experience selling in our current marketplace, B2 Lithographic and B3 Digital sheet fed, is desirable. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to interact and sell in both B2C and B2B environments. Candidates will be responsible for an agreed sales target and maintaining growth trajectories with ongoing marketing and sales activities, ensuring an active pipeline of prospective clients.
Existing client relationships and knowledge of the industry will present a distinct advantage for prospective candidates.
The candidate will be given the opportunity to define their own practices and work with a high level of autonomy and job ownership.
You must be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
1. Sales experience with a good understanding of the market
2. Consultative/relational selling
3. New business development and account management
4. Manage and maintain targets
5. Excellent customer service and sales/account management skills
6. Proven track record in obtaining new sales through new and existing clients
7. Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
8. Self-starter with the ability to plan and manage your own workload
9. Ability to identify new leads and tailor sales processes to suit
