Are you a Finance Change Expert ready to make a real impact?
We're seeking a seasoned finance change professional to own the implementation of best-in-class driver-based planning models using Anaplan for a 6 month FTC. In this high-profile role, you'll translate VMO2's strategic goals into actionable plans, collaborating with Finance Subject Matter Experts and leading a cross-functional team of technical model builders.
You'll inspire change management and adoption across the wider Finance team, ensuring alignment and engagement, while building positive relationships with senior leaders and partners. This role offers the chance to shape Finance Transformation at pace, delivering robust planning assumptions for accurate rolling P&L forecasting and advancing data pre-requisites like reporting, analysis, and automation. The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Accountant and experienced finance change professional with a good understanding of key finance processes, accounting standards & data platforms
* Strong project management experience
* Finance transformation experience is preferred; however, strong expertise in any transformation area-such as implementing new processes, ways of working, systems, or tools-is highly valued.
* Experience in using the Anaplan forecasting tool is highly desirable
* Highly organised & comfortable within ambiguous, fast paced landscapes
* Strong understanding of different areas of finance and how they interact
