Partnering directly with the wider HR Team, your focus will be on the accurate processing of payroll and delivery of information to our external payroll provider. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for detail and accuracy with efficiency. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results. What You Will Do Accurately input payroll data exported from our HRIS into the internal payroll spreadsheet Ensure all payroll deadlines are met Provide excellent customer service in response to payroll queries, whether internal or through dialogue with our external payroll provider Ensure that we are compliant with HMRC legislation Collaborate with the wider HR team providing ad hoc administrative support as required What You Should Bring An excellent eye for detail A strong numerical aptitude Experience in payroll An understanding of HMRC legislation (preferred but not required) A willingness to support the wider HR Team when required What We Can Offer You A competitive salary that values your skills and expertise, because we know you deserve it.
