Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting Aveni’s marketing efforts during a significant growth phase. This role involves contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies that align with organisational objectives, with a focus on engaging B2B FinTech audiences, particularly in financial advice and wealth management.
The successful candidate will bring several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within FinTech, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the financial services industry. They will apply their expertise to shape campaigns that address customer needs, drive engagement, and support business growth.
As a member of a collaborative team, the Marketing Executive will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve ambitious revenue targets, leveraging digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and iterate to optimise outcomes and ROI.
Content Creation & Management
* Produce high-quality, engaging content across formats such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and videos, ensuring consistency with Aveni’s brand voice.
* Optimise content for SEO and manage the content calendar to deliver timely and relevant campaigns.
Industry-Specific Messaging
* Utilise expertise in financial services to craft messaging that resonates with professionals in financial advice and wealth management.
* Translate complex AI-driven solutions into clear, value-focused messaging for target audiences.
Product Marketing
* Collaborate with product teams to support launches by creating tailored marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and presentations.
* Develop targeted strategies to highlight key features and benefits of Aveni’s offerings.
* Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and AI experts, to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and industry influencers, to amplify reach.
* Use analytics tools like HubSpot to measure the performance of campaigns, track KPIs, and inform future strategies.
* Stay updated on marketing trends and competitor activities to refine tactics and maintain Aveni’s competitive edge.
Brand Development
* Ensure all marketing activities contribute to building Aveni’s reputation as a leader in AI innovation within the financial services sector.
* Advocate for Aveni’s mission to transform the industry by showcasing real-world impact and thought leadership.
* Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability within the marketing team, sharing insights and best practices to drive ongoing success.
* Support the scaling of marketing operations as Aveni grows, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
Requirements
Experience:
* Significant experience in B2B FinTech marketing, preferably within financial advice or wealth management sectors.
* Strong product marketing expertise, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for technical solutions.
* Proven experience creating SEO-optimised content that drives engagement.
* Experience managing multiple social media accounts and forums primarily LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
* Knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
* Experience managing content calendars and frameworks to deliver against objectives efficiently.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent proofreading skills.
* Experience in using design and video editing tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is desirable.

* Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone of voice to multiple different channels, audiences and content types.
