As you will be aware, no two days are the same in Charity Retail and we are looking for those who are committed to making a real difference. You will need to have experience of delivering excellent customer service and have strong people management skills, as you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
You will be responsible for maximising profits by accepting, sorting, and displaying donations to a high visual standard, ensuring all customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
Bespoke training will be included, with support from other members of the LOROS team. Ongoing training and development will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
