GSL Education Watford are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Qualified Teachers (QTS) to join our client schools in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators looking to inspire and nurture young minds while contributing to their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and teach well-structured, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Encourage Progress: Support student achievement by setting high expectations and fostering a positive learning environment.
Assess and Monitor: Evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage their development.
Adaptability: Cater to diverse learning needs by employing differentiated teaching strategies.
Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Requirements for the Role:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A valid QTS certification is essential.
Experience: Previous teaching experience, preferably within UK schools.
Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage behaviour and create a focused, inclusive learning environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Enhanced DBS: An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
