Base pay range
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.

Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout.
* Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures.
* Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams.

Location:
Based in our sale office, South Manchester.
Hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
Hybrid working model:
The choice to work remotely for three days.
