Business Development Manager - Remote working
headcount- Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Estonia - Remote Working in any of the locations
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* Language ability:English, plus Local language
* Have a profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market.
* Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the T&D market
* Profound understanding of the local TSO market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.)
* Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers, etc.
* Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources
* Ability to carry out negotiations and technical discussions with engineering departments
* Effective communication in English and local language
Job responsibility:
* Responsible on sales business development in the assigned countries and execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organization.
* Set up annual sales targets and overall work plan.
* Achieve sales target including transmission overhead line CICA (Composite insulation cross arm) solution and company T&D insulator products.
* In line with the business strategy, carry out market research, analysis and associated marketing activities.
* Clarify the decision-making chain of the relevant government, industry organizations and target customers and the corresponding personnel.
* Customers' development and value transfer, particularly to be responsible for building and maintain good relationships with key TSO/DNO decision makers.
* Organize/Coordinate internal resources based on business requirement.
