Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our thriving digital transformation consultancy, specialising in providing innovative strategic solutions to clients across various industries and of varying sizes. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and delivering strategic change, shaping the technology landscape of our clients, enabling them to navigate complex digital transformations and achieve their strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with diverse stakeholders, and drive architectural excellence across a spectrum of projects. Responsibilities Lead strategic design of enterprise-level architectures, aligning with clients' goals and strategies Collaborate with clients, identifying innovation opportunities and proposing architecture strategies for competitive advantage Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery Assess current enterprise technology landscapes, identifying gaps and risks to develop future-state architectures Establish architecture principles, standards, and best practices for digital solution development Create roadmaps for seamless migration from legacy to modern, cloud-based architectures Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends Lead workshops and presentations to effectively communicate architecture and technical concepts Assist in pre-sales activities and mentor architects and project teams Stay updated on technology trends and standards to drive innovation About you Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within a consultancy environment, working on diverse projects for clients of various industries and sizes Strong expertise in developing cross-domain architectures to deliver strategic organisation change and digital transformation with forward-looking solutions including cloud services, data platforms and modern workplace technologies Demonstrable ability to translate business strategies into effective architectural visions, strategies and roadmaps Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams Experience in mentoring and coaching developing architects or team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Possess the flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and security standards relevant to digital transformations Experience with EA frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman are a plus What we look for in our people Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos Commitment to teamwork, quality and mutual success Proactivity with an ability to operate with pace and energy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to excellence and quality Who are FSP?
