Rapidly expanding well established water treatment company based in the Northeast of England specialising in providing water treatment products and services. We are seeking an experienced field-based water treatment engineer to join our team.
Reporting to the Account/Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will work nationally and have working knowledge and experience of water treatment plants and equipment, servicing, installing, and commissioning a variety of water treatment systems including:
1. Water softeners
2. Reverse Osmosis/ Demin systems
3. Filtration, and Dosing Equipment
4. UV units
5. Basic water analysis
6. Closed system dosing and analysis
7. Calorifier pasteurisation
8. Disinfections of buildings & chlorination of water tanks
9. Pre-commissioning cleans and flushing
10. Spa balance tank cleans
11. Water hygiene tasks including temperatures, sampling, show head cleans
12. TMV servicing/testing
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Routine servicing and attendances to clients' installations
2. Carry out removal of obsolete systems and installation of new equipment
3. Carry out call out attendances to diagnose and repair faults and installations
4. Providing technical assistance on company products for clients
5. Complete reports accurately on-site visits
6. Water hygiene tasks for clients

Job:
Salary (dependant on experience and skills)
Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week
Full time permanent position following probation period
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays - additional day for each year worked to maximum 5 additional days

Required Qualifications & Experience:
1. City & Guilds (or equivalent)
2. Recognised qualification/working knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering
3. Existing knowledge of water treatment with at least 5 years' experience
4. Water hygiene experience of at least 5 years
5. CSCS card would be an advantage
6. Full clean driving licence
