Join us in shaping the future of Estates & Facilities at Gloucestershire Hospitals. The Trust has an established Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS Limited), which manages estates and facilities for the Trusts. The Head of Contract Compliance is a member of the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust management team to ensure its service requirements are articulated, understood and delivered through GMS. The role will play a crucial part in ensuring that the Trusts service requirements are well defined and effectively delivered by GMS. You will need to manage the professional leadership of contract management and compliance, reporting to the Portfolio Director for Estates and Facilities and oversee complex contracts and projects. This may involve engaging in specialist Estates and Facilities discussions, navigating intricate contractual agreements, and working with Trust and GMS teams as well as System and Regional teams. The role also offers the chance to work with a number of our partners, including GMS, Gloucestershire Health Partnership (GHP), SABA for car parking services, and Sovereign Housing for staff accommodation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with these key providers will be essential in ensuring that services are delivered effectively. If you are ready to take on a new leadership role, we would love to hear from you. The proposed interview date is 27/02/2025.
