Junior Legal PA Edinburgh We are working with a full-service, global practice to recruit a Junior Legal PA to join their Award-Winning firm. The role is paying £25,000 and has endless benefits. You’ll be based in the office for 3 days per week and 2 days from home. 27 days holiday Bank Hols, annual bonus (discretionary), private health / dental plans life and income protection insurance as benefits. The Job The role of Junior Legal PA is to work as part of the business practice support team and provide professional and proactive support to an allocated group of stakeholders / legal professionals. The Junior Legal PAs are responsible for a wide and varied range of tasks to support our business and get exposure to lots of projects. Joining as a legal PA means you manage a set of administrative / project-led duties but are exposed to a wide range of learning and development to increase your practical skills and legal knowledge. Areas of responsibility: Diary management and stakeholder management Legal document management Finance admin and compliance Legal matter management Meeting coordination Business development support – projects and events Skills and Experience Experience working within a similar legal or professional services environment in a support role Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior team members Provide an outstanding level of client service Good relationship-building skills, both internally and with external partners Use your initiative to make decisions can delegate and manage your workload Strong team ethic: team focussed Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications including Outlook and Teams – Flexible and easily able to adapt to change High standards and ambition to succeed Having worked with this firm on other projects, they are fair supportive, transparent, and equitable.
