We are looking for a Performance Management Lead for our Oil & Gas operator in Aberdeen.
Role: Performance Management Lead (Wells)
Term: Full Time, Permanent

Job Profile Summary
The Well Performance Management Lead is responsible for providing leadership, management and driving change with the implementation of digital solutions, performance benchmarking, forecasting, data management across the Wells function. This technical role will support the wells teams in place, harvest the experience of the group and provide unique digital solutions and drive data driven decisions. Key duties will include performance measurement and identification of opportunities and improvements from the different Well operations, through the well life cycle (drilling, completion, intervention, integrity, abandonment).
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with all areas within Wells and outside wells (subsurface, production operations, assets, projects, business improvement, SCM, logistics, decommissioning)
* Develop key digital tools to measure, monitor wells performance across all phases of Well lifecycle.
* Support Wells personnel with the use of performance evaluation and new analytic tools
* Automate reporting internally and to key stakeholders
* Develop and ensure "Well project hopper" opportunities to drive the Well Management and Wells workplans and budgets
* Develop and ensure "Well Integrity" visualisations from planned maintenance routines to final risk assessments across RRUK well stock
* Develop and ensure "Abandonment Liabilities" are understood and initiatives identified to create value for the organisation
* Prepare and distribute performance benchmarks for all well operation
* Distribute any high value lessons learned or best practice
* Daily and historical monitoring of the performance KPI's, identify ILT's (Invisible Lost Times) and other opportunities of improvement
* Change the culture within the group to ensure all decision making is transparent and digitally driven
* Partner with the central team to secure the necessary expertise, following the new Repsol standard of working
* Collaborate effectively within a Wells Team for streamlined project execution
* Prioritise safety and efficiency in project planning and delivery
* Ensure to focus on performance and cost management to meet project goals
* Develop fit for purpose technical and commercial solutions for project success
* Utilise digital data for informed decision-making throughout projects.
Professional Skills and Experiences
* 10 years minimum of experience as drilling or completion engineer
* Experience in D&C operations, including in field operations and in engineering and management positions
* Skills in planning and well design software, specifically to Landmark suit
* Experience of implementing Spotfire/PowerBI visualisation tools
* Understanding of Wells Reporting software
* Ability to work with internal business optimisation groups.
Educational Qualification and Certifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or related fields
Other Requirements
* The role may require travelling offshore for certain business requirements.
