Are you an experienced ADAS-qualified diver seeking a rewarding leadership role? Join us at our stunning Hideaway Bay site as a Dive Supervisor.
The role
As a Dive Supervisor, you will ensure high safety standards and compliance with legislative requirements and Huon’s policies, guiding the team to maintain best practices in all dive operations. You will:
* Lead and mentor dive crew, assisting with the induction and training of new team members.
* Champion safety by identifying hazards and overseeing dive operations to ensure they are conducted in compliance with Huon SOPs.
* Conduct pre and post-dive briefings, communicating any restrictions or safety measures.
* Perform various dive-related tasks, including net repairs, general maintenance, infrastructure inspections, and retrieval of mortalities.
Located at our Hideaway Bay site, this opportunity operates on a full-time basis with a 7 day on, 7 days off roster.

Qualifications
* Certificate III in aquaculture (Diving)
* A current Dive medical or ability to obtain.
* Current First Aid and Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate.
* A current and valid Driver’s licence.
