Ashley Kate HR & Finance are seeking to appoint an Interim HR Advisor, on behalf of our client based in the North West/Liverpool area.
This role is to cover absence in the team for approximately 3 months, potentially longer, until at least February. This role is remote with occasional travel. As our client are based in the North West they are seeking a candidate based in the north west for easy commute to their offices when needed. To be considered you will be immediately available to start!
Working within a supportive team environment, The HR Advisor will work closely with divisional management teams and staff acting as a first point of contact for people management advice and support.
Key responsibilities of the role:
· Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish.
· Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters.
· Support the HR Manager with change management projects when required
· Review and improve policies and procedures where necessary.
· Create and implement appropriate action appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues and recommend corrective measures as and when needed.
To be considered you will have:
· Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit.
· CIPD qualified or working towards
· Strong experience handling ER casework from start to finish.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· IT literate with experience using HR Systems.
