The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and hard-working Sixth-form Business Support Administrator to join our dedicated team at Sixth Form – Ashton on Mersey School. The core purpose of the role is to work alongside the Assistant Headteacher Key Stage 5 and the wider sixth form team to provide high-quality, efficient and effective administration/reception support as part of the sixth form administration team.
As administrative lead for the sixth form, the post holder will be the primary point of contact for all student and parent-related enquiries, providing a professional and knowledgeable service on a wide range of post-16 student support. The role demands high attention to detail and strong communication skills, ensuring an excellent support service is provided and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The school is an over-subscribed mixed 11-18 school situated in Greater Manchester. It enjoys a close partnership with Manchester United Football Club, its principal sponsor. It has a thriving sixth-form, SCITT and Maths Hub status, ensuring its reputation in the region.
