Description/Job Summary Working closely with the Director of HR Technology and Analytics, the Head of HR - London and the Senior HR Manager as a key member of the HR Technology and Analytics and London HR Team. Responsibilities include ongoing HRIS support for the HR function in Europe, including reporting, data analysis and ad hoc technical and operational support. This role will also coordinate the implementation of Workday in Europe (London, Brussels and Luxembourg). Responsibilities/Duties Project Coordination – Workday Implementation Coordinate and support the implementation of Workday in Europe. Coordinate the testing of configuration changes, including test script development, setting up test scenarios, issue resolution and coordination with other teams. Mentor and guide colleagues for their roles in leading processes/practices, configuration and testing. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity of personnel information. Establish and maintain security and integrity controls. Provide change management expertise when rolling out new and/or improved functionality to maximize adoption. Maintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality. Work in partnership with London HR, Global HR Technology & Analytics and HRIT teams to conduct a workday to SelectHR fit gap and develop a SelectHR decommissioning approach and plan. General HRIS Support Maintain the HRIS system including site design and layout, content, visual presentation, and user experience. Collaborate with London HR on an ongoing basis to document system requirements that drive system development and implementation, including the development of SOPs as applicable. Plan, review, and recommend training programs to London HR; develop required supplemental training materials and evaluate appropriate delivery method such as e-learning, self-study, or classroom training; update/enhance existing programs as required. Liaise regularly with management to review requests for projects, highlight issues, and present viable solutions. Partner with global HR Technology & Analytics team to establish production enhancement priorities and align on timing for Global & EMEA specific changes. Develop comprehensive reports and analyze data from the HR systems for management reporting and HR support; provide recommendations on what information can be included based on knowledge of available information and reporting capabilities. Proactively conduct workflow analysis and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency and use of HR technology. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Responsible for data integrity, including trouble-shooting and overall quality assurance of all data. Manage and/or coordinate multiple assignments and projects with cross-functional teams and other duties as assigned. Act as the primary contact for daily technical and operational support related to Workday and other HR systems including SelectHR. Required Skills Strong understanding of HRIS systems including Workday system design, configuration, and administration. Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Fulsome experience with Data Analytics, including advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, be flexible, handle highly confidential information appropriately, and have exceptional attention to detail. Must possess a combination of strategic and critical thinking skills, collaboration skills, and strong analytical ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of subject matter experts and managers. Aptitude for working effectively in a team setting as well as independently. Must be capable of operating with tact and discretion and maintain utmost confidentiality of personnel information. Proficiency for handling requests across multiple sources and to work effectively across teams. Experience working with APIs and troubleshooting issues. Strong query, reporting, and analytical skills.
