About the role: As a SEN Teacher, you will involve specialised teaching tailored to meet the individual needs of students across primary and secondary schools. Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum. Support students in one-to-one or small group settings. Work closely with SENCOs, staff, and guardians to upgrade the academic strategies. Requirements of the SEN Teacher: Holding QTS is mandatory. A Bachelor or Master's degree in any field. Prior experience as a SEN Teacher is an advantage. Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
