About the role:
Haleon is hiring a motivated and experienced Senior AI/ML Architect to join our Data Architecture and Platforms team. In this role, you will be essential in transforming the needs of our business and machine learning engineers into scalable and effective AI/ML solutions. Your responsibilities include bridging the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring AI/ML solutions are strategically aligned and deliver real business value.
As a key member of the Data Office, you will design, build, and manage Haleon's enterprise wide AI/ML architecture, aligning it with our data strategy and driving continuous improvement in our capabilities and efficiencies. Collaborating closely with the Principal AI/ML Architect, to establish a robust AIML architecture framework and best practices for sustainable advancement.
Your role involves extensive cross-functional interaction, working with leaders, teams, and tech partners across Haleon's global operations to foster and support data and AI/ML initiatives. This high-impact, high-visibility position requires strong communication, a deep understanding of AIML architecture, solutions and modelling, and the ability to engage stakeholders across various functions and regions, promoting an enterprise-wide approach to data.
Join us to play a pivotal role in Haleon's evolution into a data-centric organization, where your contributions will be crucial to our continued success and innovation in the consumer health business sector.
Responsibilities:

4. Collaborative Leadership: Work under the Principal AI/ML Architect to establish AI/ML architecture frameworks and design standards. Enhance organizational capabilities to support ongoing improvements.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various business functions, regions, tech partners, and architects to support and drive AI/ML initiatives across Haleon.
6. Continuous Improvement: Focus on enhancing AI/ML capabilities and efficiencies, keeping abreast of latest trends and technologies in the field.
7. Collaborate cross team: Work with Data Architects, Tech Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure the enterprise view of AIML is represented accurately within an application or solution scope and participate in architecture forums and review boards.
