The candidate for this position will excel at managing a sales team, and through creating and closing new opportunities with a "lead by example" mentality.
By using a consultative approach to your staff, you will assist them with selling, account managing, projections, and profitability.
This role requires someone with a "new sales style" of thinking, innovative and passionate to develop the team and the business to the next level through digital and face-to-face opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
1. Will have previous experience in fixings/fastenings - manufacturing and distribution
2. Be able to coach and develop an already proactive and passionate team of salespeople
3. IT literate - able to create new solutions for day-to-day operations
4. IS a leader - rather than a hands-off manager
