The Early Years Educator role is key in delivering and inspiring high quality, beyond brilliant early years education, acknowledging every child is unique through our bespoke educational programmes. You will build meaningful relationships with children, parents and colleagues using consistent and effective communication. This role is suitable for someone passionate about Early Years and looking to fulfil their career in a flexible, friendly, and creative environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Implementing and promoting the Early Years Foundation Stage through the delivery of our 5C's curriculum.
2. Having high regards for all matters relating to safeguarding children and child protection.
3. Promoting children's sense of belonging supporting diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
4. Delivering high quality teaching and learning tailored to the children's individual needs.
5. Supporting children to have the best start in life by promoting their wellbeing.
6. Ensuring our inspiring learning environment is effective to deliver our curriculum.
7. Taking responsibility for the health and safety of themselves and others.
8. Managing effective and timely record keeping.
